They are looking to compete with other local chains/food delivery platforms and adopt an updated system that can promote the growth of the business while keeping their small business values intact.

Solution/Approach
Build a mobile ordering platform that will combine efficiency and convenience with a connection to a business rooted in the local community. With a fresh and fruity design style, the BanaSun app will allow customers to customize smoothie orders, order ahead to avoid long lines in peak seasons and track their reward points.

Problem
BanaSun is a vibrant local smoothie bar nestled in the heart of Cincinnati. At BanaSun, they take pride in more than just blending the freshest fruits and vegetables into delicious, refreshing beverages – they foster a genuine connection with their cherished customers and community.
While they excel at customer service within the shop, I noticed an opportunity for them to broaden their offerings by introducing a platform for mobile ordering and for customers to stay connected with the store’s updates easily.
